About Returns

・Defective product or Incorrect Product

Please contact us within seven days of receiving the product. If the delivered product is wrong , we will bear the shipping fee of sending the product back to us. Also, please note that if the replacement product cannot be prepared, we will provide the refund.

Products purchased from this site are subject to a 30-day return and money-back guarantee. Please note that the customer is responsible for the shipping costs when sending the product back to us.

About Refund

Shipping fee of order over $50 is free in Contiguous United States.

All products are shipped from Amazon fulfillment centers. Amazon works with each shipping company to deliver products, and we do not accept the designation of shipping companies. If you have any issues with the delivery, please contact the carrier directly.
